TV / Film Editor

About me
I grew up in Saint Louis, Missouri, where a career in the entertainment industry wasn't the most attainable goal, but my passion for film, television and storytelling has been a lifelong journey.
My parents instilled a love of movies at a young age, which only grew as I studied film theory in high school, minored in film studies in college and got my first real editing experience as a broadcast journalism major at the University of Missouri.
After graduating, I moved out to Los Angeles, crashed on my brother's couch and got my foot in the door transcribing reality television interviews while training to become an Assistant Editor.
My first foray into scripted content was on Wet Hot American Summer: 10 Years Later, where I met my editing mentor, Matthew Barbato. Working with Matthew, I honed my editing skills editing on shows such as Only Murders in the Building, Lessons in Chemistry and High Fidelity before moving on to edit Seasons 3 & 4 of Resident Alien.
